Auto Bagging Machine For Kraft Paper Bag Automatic Packaging Line
This series auto bagging machine is designed for bagging all types of free flowing materials into plastic, paper or poly-woven open-mouth bags. It can handle pillow-type or side gusseted bags of various sizes at capacities of maximum up to 10 bags per minute.
The staff only needs to put a set of bags on the bag storage table. Open mouth bag will be feeded to the filling position from a bag magazine via a vacuum chuck. Then opens the bag and places it under the filling spout. Filling your bags becomes a fast and reliable operation.
It combines with sewing and sealing machine creating a complete filling, sealing to palletizing line.

Flowing Process:
Machine auto running ,through horizontal belt feeder transport the bulk material into weighing bucket , to weight to the target and ready to release the weighed materials onto bags-->Manual place the empty bags onto the bag filling chute and clamp the bags -->weighed materials fill into bags -->auto release the weighed bags onto belt conveyor-->auto conveyor the bags to the stiching function-->auto sew the bags or seal the bags (depend on bags type)-->tranpsort -->Next round
