Augar Powder Filling Machine Flowing Process:

Automatic Bag Filling Machine Working Principle:
At the beginning of weighing, the bag is clamped on the pocket of the bag, and the screw auger begins to rotate and weighs into the bag. At the same time, the pumping rod shown in the above figure is inserted into the bag and driven by the upper and lower telescopic cylinders. Gas, because it is weighed by the weight loss method, the weighing system is above the pumping system, so the pumping will not affect the weighing, and the feeding will continue. After the weighing is completed, the gas contained in the powder in the bag is removed, and the suction rod is taken out from the bag by the upper and lower telescopic cylinders, and at the same time, the back-blowing treatment is performed to prevent clogging, and the next bag package weight is be in ready. By using the suction rod inserted into the bag, it is possible to remove the gas in the powder while weighing, so that the powder entering the bag is more compact, greatly reducing the fluidity, and preparing for subsequent conveying and slitting.
